A closed private 400m2 garden, views over the Pyrenees and a covered area of 100m2 (garden suite, barbecue, ping-pong table, badminton, outdoor games, three bikes.)

Rental period 1st April to 31st October

Prices include :

• Sheets
• Towels
• Gas for the stove
• Electricity charges for heating and hot water(see below)
• Ecological cleaning and washing up products
• Taxes

Downpayment: We normally ask 25% of the total cost of you stay as downpayment. You can pay in (French bank) cheques or money transfer in euros.

Remaining cost: On arrival we ask for the payment of the remaining cost of your stay, cash (French bank) cheques are accepted.

Deposit :  We ask a 100€ refundable deposit at arrival. This is refunded at the end of you stay minus any breakage or loss.

Cleaning : This price does not include cleaning. A end of stay cleaning option is available at the price of 80€.

Cancellation: PLEASE inform us as soon as possible if you must cancel your reservation. Reimbursement of your downpayment/deposit will be total up to 20 days before the arrival date. After that date we cannot reimburse you.

Pets: We accept pets, but not on the first floor.
